Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

- Premium Shipping (€9.99): Estimated delivery in 8–10 business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing (where applicable), or periods of high demand.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped from Ireland using trusted courier partners.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate the shipment with the courier.
If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide either:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A full refund.

European Union Orders
